SonaVault Email Archiving gives us the peace of mind knowing that our email is securely archived, searchable and compressed in a way so it does not hog valuable disk space. Having the ability to quickly find emails even if the users have deleted them is a major comfort for a Medical Venture Capital Co. / Medical Device Manufacturer. In a litigation scenario the cost of electronic data collection can run in the tens of thousands of dollars. Being able to input the Attorney's search criteria into the system's very Google-like web search interface ourselves and simply exporting the data to either PST or HTML format to present to counsel make it a very easy and cost savings product to use.

The support staff is by far one of the best "App" support groups I have worked with in 20 years in IT. Combined with Sonasoft's zero-client install and quick setup and configuration, I highly recommend this product to companies that need to archive their email and utilize such a tool for compliance and e-discovery.

Now that I have the companies compliant for e-discovery I just have to work on the higher-ups to approve using Sonasoft for email disaster recovery.

We have been running Sonasoft's backup system for almost 6 months. We had initially looked at Acronis as the backup solution for our SBS Server which houses our exchange, Active Directory and all data, but had little success with simulating a recovery so we where never confident in the backup of the data.
