We seek to augment students’ academic education with real industry experience particularly in the software sales industry.
Job Summary
As a Student Sales Consultant within our Corporate Sales organization, you will work within a designated territory to contact, and qualify new and existing accounts for Sonasoft products & services. Specifically, you will initially be scheduling product demonstrations for our senior sales managers, but you will be a part of the entire sales cycle. You will receive hands-on training, and help develop relationships with professionals in the IT industry, and work closely with our sales staff to solve their needs. You make your own hours and work as you please. For the ambitious and successful, opportunities for growth and continued employment will be readily available.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for lead generation, helping drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Sales Management
- Prepare reports on potential prospects
- Establish new accounts at all levels of IT and business management from cold calls to qualification
Qualifications
- Current college enrollment required
- Highly Motivated with a thirst to learn about the software sales industry
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding individual and academic goals
- Understanding of software technology is a plus
- Ability to function well in a start-up environment
- Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible and self sufficient
- Good written communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious
