We are looking for a software engineer experienced in windows programming with a deep understanding of Windows and strong programming skills. If you have a proven track record of getting things done, we want to talk to you.

Job Requirements
- Expert in C/C++, COM and the Microsoft development environment.
- Expert in Java and JNI programming.
- Expert in developing applications in SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with complete software product life cycle and release management.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive software architecture and design experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Extended MAPI APIs.
- Experience in writing Outlook plug-ins.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server Architecture.
- Experience in developing Backup and Replication products.
- Experience with Exchange Storage Engine (ESE) API and Volume Shadow Services (VSS).
