This update will replicate the view that end users see in their Microsoft Outlook client. This new feature is completely server-side. There are no plugins or set up required. We design our products to have a very light footprint, so IT admins can focus on other work.”

Since Sonasoft’s email archiving solution is easy to install and maintain, it requires very little IT resources. In addition, our email archiving software can reduce the size of an Exchange Server by up to 80 percent, so the Exchange Server can perform at the optimal level with reduced downtime and lower maintenance costs. Through this promotion, city, and county governments are eligible to obtain SonaVault, Sonasoft’s eDiscovery and Email Archiving Solutions, free with the purchase of Sonasoft’s first-year’s maintenance contract and professional installation. The official expected that the discovery would take months, which was based upon his experience from a prior eDiscovery request. Before the official left, our customer was able to search through the archive, pull all the related emails, and burn them on a disk. Sonasoft Announces SonaCloud, Its Email Archiving and eDiscovery Solution in the Cloud

SonaCloud, Cloud-based Email Archiving and eDiscovery Solutions
“SonaCloud, Cloud-based Email Archiving and eDiscovery Solutions. Fast. Simple. Safe. Secure.”

SUMMARY
Sonasoft Corp. (OTCPK: SSFT), a leader in email archiving and eDiscovery solutions, announces SonaCloud, its cloud-based email archiving solution.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(As published on PRWeb)
December 4, 2014 – San Jose, California, Sonasoft Corp. (OTCPK: SSFT), a leader in Email Archiving and eDiscovery Solutions, announces SonaCloud, its cloud-based email archiving solution. IT admins can now unleash the power of the Cloud to obtain always-available email archiving and secure eDiscovery search results without the distractions and expense to maintain or scale their archive. SonaCloud, Cloud-based Email Archiving, also packs enterprise-class features that are simple to use yet affordable in price. Since this solution is built in the cloud, small businesses with just a few mailboxes, as well as large corporations with thousands of mailboxes, can reap the benefits of email archiving and scale their archives as needed. All SonaCloud data is safe, secure, private, and never co-mingled.

“We’re very excited to offer SonaCloud, Cloud-based Email Archiving”, said Neil K. Khanna, VP of Client Services and Operations. “We have a completely maintenance-free product that lets our customers focus on their business and not on servicing the archive. Just the same, our customers have total control over their data and how it is accessed. SonaCloud’s comprehensive search capabilities are blazing fast and can retrieve 5,000 results under a second. Users immediately can find what they are looking for, and then get on to their core business. Best of all, IT admins never have to worry about downtime. SonaCloud’s uptime is eleven-nines, that translates into 99.999999999 percent uptime across eight (8) data centers. None of our customers ever lost a night’s sleep worrying about the availability of their data.”

“We designed SonaCloud with the end-user in mind”, continued Neil K. Khanna. “It has a Microsoft Outlook look and feel to it, so there’s no learning curve for end-users to search their own archives. No training is required; they just start using it. IT admins also can assign fine-granular role-based access to the archive, so they have total control over who sees what data. Of course, it has reporting features, review capabilities, retention policies, regulatory compliance, single-instance storage, import and export tools, and a long list of other enterprise-class features.”

“Setting up SonaCloud, Cloud-based Email Archiving just takes a few clicks of the mouse, and it’s done; configuration couldn’t be easier”, stated Neil Khanna. “SonaCloud also works seamlessly with Microsoft Office 365, but SonaCloud clearly enhances the Office 365 experience. When customers consider using Microsoft Office 365’s archiving features, I point out that Office 365 will only retain inactive mailboxes for 30 days. After 30 days, their data is gone. In comparison, SonaCloud’s email archiving retention allows companies to stay in compliance by keeping inactive user accounts for the seven-year period, or whatever the compliance period dictates, at a fraction of the cost than it keeps to have an ‘active’ Office 365 account. Considering the turnover rate that most companies endure over a seven-year period, SonaCloud’s capabilities will result in significant cost savings. Also, Office 365 limits the amount of cloud storage per user, but SonaCloud offers unlimited storage and unlimited retention at affordable rates.”

http://www.sonasoft.com/downloads/case-studies/Sonasoft-email-archiving-case-study-Invenstar-Bank.pdf

“We were very thorough in our research and selected Sonasoft’s SonaVault Email Archiving and eDiscovery Software, based on our internal customer feedback and SonaVault’s reputation for functionality, ease of use, and stellar reputation for technical support”, said Charles Chiasson, Executive Vice President (EVP) & CIO for Investar Bank. “We are an IT Department-of-three, so customer feedback was paramount in determining our product selection. Oftentimes, when you finally get someone on the phone, they don’t know their product well enough to problem solve. We selected Sonasoft’s Email Archiving Software Solution due to the customer feedback we received. Since then we have quadrupled in size and SonaVault Email Archiving Solutions have grown effortlessly with us. Sonasoft knows its product, and they support it. I can’t stress how unusual it is to have a product and support this easy. I’ve been an IT manager for many years, and I’ve never seen a product at this price point that is this good and comes with such incredible customer support!”

“Sonasoft doesn’t just know its own products, but its tech support team really knows the ins and outs Microsoft Exchange Server”, continued Mr. Chiasson. “Unbeknownst to me, our Exchange Server was about to fail. Sonasoft tech support immediately recognized the symptoms and alerted me. Thanks to Sonasoft’s expertise, I expeditiously was able to migrate all our data and email to a new Microsoft Exchange Server. Sonasoft tech support was there for me, and gave me tips to make the migration safe and complete.”

“Our investment with SonaVault Email Archiving Software was fully returned in one search”, said Mr. Chiasson. “I was responsible for producing emails for a very complex search that involved several threads that spanned over months. My expectation based upon past experience was that a search like this would take weeks and that I might not be able to produce every single email. In about the time it took to brew a pot of coffee, SonaVault’s eDiscovery search features delivered all the emails, and I was able to export them all in a read-only format for others to review. Done.”

“Sonasoft calls upon its past ten years of professional experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SQL Server,” said Neil Khanna, Sonasoft’s Vice President of Client Services and Operations and the head of its SonaMigration services. “We are always happy to hear when our customers have solved challenges, especially labor intensive issues for IT Departments such as rapid marketplace expansion or management challenges of rapidly expanding email archives. Our technical and customer support teams work hard to quickly solve client issues and it’s an affirmation to get such positive customer feedback!”
